How our subscription model works

Subscription Plans

Mama Box Australia offers subscription services for curated pregnancy and maternity boxes. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Receive boxes according to your selected subscription plan
  • Provide accurate pregnancy stage and delivery information
  • Pay the subscription fees as outlined at checkout
  • Keep your payment information current and valid
  • Notify us of any changes to your delivery address or preferences

Box Contents

Each Mama Box is carefully curated based on your trimester and preferences. While we make every effort to include the items shown, product availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary.

Pricing & Payment

Payment terms and billing information

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment is processed at the time of order or according to your subscription schedule
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout
  • Subscription fees are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
  • Failed payments may result in service interruption or cancellation
  • You are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process payment again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

Cancellation & Refunds

How to cancel and our refund policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Please note:

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
  • You will continue to receive boxes through the end of your paid period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective products (with photographic evidence)
  • Missing items from your box
  • Significant delivery delays caused by our error
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Loss of pregnancy

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your box. Contact our support team to initiate a refund request.

Pregnancy Loss Support

Unfortunately, we do experience these situations often with our customers and try our best to deal with them as sensitively as we can. We will honour refunds in the case of pregnancy loss.

You can log into your account at any time and cancel your subscription. You won't be billed further.

If you have already paid for the next box and the box has not been dispatched yet, please contact us to have your refund issued and your order will be cancelled.

If your next order has already been dispatched and you wish to not have it delivered, please contact us so we can issue a return of the shipment. A refund will be issued once the box has been returned.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery terms and responsibilities

We ship to addresses within Australia. Delivery terms include:

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed
  • You must provide a valid and accurate delivery address
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Undeliverable packages may incur reshipping fees
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address
