Shipping Timeframes
We want to get your Mama Box to you as quickly as possible
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our Perth warehouse via Australia Post. Once your box is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
First Order
Your initial order will be dispatched immediately after purchase. We know how exciting it is to receive your first Mama Box, so we make sure it gets to you right away!
Monthly Subscriptions
For ongoing monthly subscriptions:
- Billing occurs on the 1st of every month
- Your box will be dispatched by the 15th of the month
- This ensures you receive your Mama Box fresh and on time each month
Trimester Subscriptions
Our trimester subscriptions are designed to support you through each stage of your pregnancy journey with flexible billing options:
Scheduled to Due Date
When you choose to schedule your boxes to your due date:
- Boxes are billed every 3 months, calculated backwards from your due date
- Each box is dispatched immediately after payment processing
- This ensures you receive the right trimester box at the perfect time
Standard Trimester Schedule
If you prefer not to schedule to your due date:
- Billing occurs every 3 months from your first payment date
- Each box is shipped immediately after payment processing
- You maintain full control over your subscription timing

International Shipping to New Zealand
We're excited to offer international shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post Express:
* International shipping is currently available to New Zealand only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Understanding our commitment to you
General Policy
Due to the curated and personalized nature of our subscription boxes, we generally do not offer returns or refunds on Mama Box purchases.
Compassionate Exception
We understand that pregnancy journeys can take unexpected turns. In the heartbreaking event of a loss of pregnancy, we will gladly process a full refund and cancel your subscription. Please reach out to our support team, and we will handle your request with care and sensitivity.
Pre-Dispatch Refunds
If your subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date and you would like a refund, we can accommodate this request under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made before your box has been dispatched
- Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount
- Once your box has been dispatched, we are unable to process a refund
Reminder: To avoid renewal charges, please ensure you cancel your subscription before the 1st of the month.
