Initial boxes with be dispatched between 1-3 business days and renewal subscription boxes will be dispatched mid month!

What can I expect to recieve?

Each subscription box is different. We have 9 boxes in total in the monthly range. Some examples of products you can find in the monthly boxes are below:

Boxes 0 – 2 contain items focusing on morning sickness, pampering products and some food and drink items. Boxes 3-5 focus on stretchmark skin care, helpful sleep products and keepsake items. Boxes 6-7 focus on preparing the hospital bag, labour essentials and pampering items. The Afterbirth Box (8) focuses on postpartum care, breastfeeding essentials (if selected) and useful baby items.

Much the same as our trimester subscription boxes, each trimester focuses on the above.

How does the subscription billing work?

When you purchase a subscription, you will be billed immediately for your first box. You will then go into our monthly billing cycle for ongoing boxes which is charged on the 1st of every month.

When is my order dispatched?

We dispatch all first initial orders immediately, then each month after that you go into our subscription run where all subscriptions are dispatched before the 15th of each month.

How can I line up my subscription to my due date better?

As our boxes are sent at different days before mid month, we understand it can not line up to your stage of pregnancy. You can opt to “catch up” a box by purchasing a One Time box from our Gift Boxes range and specify in the notes section at checkout that this is a catchup up box from your current subscription. 


Otherwise you can opt to ‘skip’ a box for the next month. Please email us at so we can process this for you.

Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

Of course! Just click the gifting option on your choice of subscription and enter your gift message. Don’t forget to enter the shipping address of the recepient!

When will my order arrive?

We have a processing time of 1-2 business days and ship from our Perth, WA warehouse. All boxes are shipped through Australia Post and we allow up to 7 business days depending on your Australian location and up to 10 business days for international deliveries. We offer express shipping if you are needing your order more urgently.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go, but we have made cancellations super easy! Just log into your Mama Box account and process your cancellation from there. If you cancel after your renewal date (on the 1st of each month) you will still receive the box you have paid for but will not be billed further. If you do not wish to receive your next month or trimester box, make sure to cancel before the 1st of the month to not be billed for this. You can cancel at anytime and will not be billed any further.

Do you provide refunds?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not. We do replace broken or defective items free of charge. If this is the case, please email us at
